working period

  • Turn-around time: 30-60 days from the confirmation notice from me

  • A full refund will be issued if the time taken has been more than 60 days.

  • Edits are only allowed during the Concepting and Sketch phase. Once the artwork is completed and ready to be delivered, any extra edits will be charged $5 for each edit.

  • There will be no refunds when the commission work has been accepted and worked on (Unless I have failed to meet the deadline)

  • I will be majorly contacting you via Ko-Fi

  • Please respect my working pace. If you would like an update, please feel free to message me; however, please do it sparingly. Thank you very much.
